04:10 : I do wonder the value of signal jamming, in these circumstances. You know that the Grounders aren't using radios or guided weapons. The only signals you'd conceivably jam are your own or other sufficiently advanced cultures. I'm sure there's some argument to be made but it seems a bit whack to me. 05:17 : "It's been quiet for two days" is not a reassuring statement. That means that you're about due for some trouble. 06:56 : I think I've figured out Gaslight's problem. He wants to be the one to solve the problem. He's so caught up in legacy and being the leader that he can't accept outside solutions. 07:03 : Oh, hey, they did return to what his plan is. It was to breed them. It would almost be non-villainous, if it wasn't this government secret op. 07:55 : This whole, "How you survive might mean you don't deserve to survive" thing is entirely lost on me. It'll come up a few times, throughout the show. The lion does not concern itself with whether it deserves to survive. 09:45 : Unfortunately, the audio is super low here so I have no idea what Jaha is saying. 10:40 : Rando Grounder girl, another banger of an outfit. 11:58 : I'm normally happy to "both sides" stuff but, the Grounders have lost 300+ people. Even if they killed every single kid, that you sent to the ground to die anyway, they can't top 100. These scales are not remotely even. 15:43 : Uh-oh, the object of his fantasy is not validating his fantasy. Danger, danger. 16:12 : I am zero surprised that Finn would say that. However, still, WHAT??? 18:12 : Nah, that one is on the newbie. He had ample time. 19:43 : Alright, not jamming their own signals. I was misled! Cracking the encryption seems like a pipe dream? It's not irreconcilable to imagine that the space stations did have encryption cracking technology and that it was brought down with the Ark. 19:53 : Parking structures are one of those places that I would never want to go in post-apocalyptia. Even assuming it's structurally sound (no guarantee), it's basically a worse open field. It's big enough that there's nowhere to hide. It's walled in and high enough that you can't actually escape. You're just hosed. 22:38 : Unpopular opinion but I think it's an entirely reasonable thing to ask. I do think it's fine to refuse. Harper looks so weird in a dress. Jasper is not a traitor or a dummy for asking. They ain't asking for organs, just blood transfusions. 22:49 : Maya is in the game. Whatever is going on, she gets credit for this. 24:14 : Aight, so I may have spoken too soon. Maya totally knew about what was going on here. She just happened to be one of the ones who got got. For some reason, I had blocked this fact from my memory. I always felt bad for her but now she's on the loser list. 24:51 : I'm with Monty. If you can't survive without atrocities, maybe that's just your bum luck. It's certainly not a justification. On the other hand, it's no wonder what the Grounders would do, if they had the opportunity. You can't get mad, when the other side is just better at the game. 26:18 : "The Veil" is a weapon but it has a limited reach, probably the surrounding area of Mount Weather. Y'all tresspasin and you know it. 29:43 : I'm a little surprised she left Lincoln behind. 30:26 : Kane is starting to respect the other team. Jaha has no such perspective. 33:00 : This seems like a mistake. 34:35 : Y'all don't know about Lexa yet, but Lexa is bae. There is no dispute. 36:16 : It's worth noting that Octavia isn't strong enough to face Lincoln alone, here. Not just physically but like she doesn't even know how to begin to approach this problem. Bellamy is critical, for once. 37:07 : Again, they gonna try this bullshit. Do not accept. Move away and move on~ 39:25 : I think that, in my youth, I had interpreted this as Gaslight being a good guy that didn't want to hurt anyone. I now think he's just madsomeone dared defy him.
Lexa's camp really can't be that far from here, if Jaha arrived already. I think they said Mount Weather is 20 miles from the dropship. We don't know where the Ark is but it can't be much further. Two days to evacuate seems pretty generous, honestly. It would probably be trivial to march on Camp Jaha and just kill them all.
