- Magic items are destroyed when used to counterspell
- Magic items may not be used while their effect persists. Assume you have a rope of [Bind]. Magically binding someone with [Bind] [Person] uses up the rope until they're released, so you can't continue to cast [Bind]s.
- Resisting death & healing maims only take half a turn
- Skill checks fail on a 1
- Single words may be used to enhance combat actions, such as [Block], [Strike], or [Precision]. Tags do not apply in this way.
- Passive checks to be rolled secretly by GM based on context and tags
